The QSFP112 400GBASE LR4 transceiver module is designed for 400G Ethernet links over 10km of single-mode fiber. The module contains 4 parallel channels at a center wavelength of CWDM, each operating at 106.25G. On the receiver path, 4 photodiodes and a 4-channel TIA array are used, along with PAM4 re-timers.

The RQ-100GDO25-XXXX series single mode transceiver module is designed for multiple channel 100GbE transmissions for up to 25km distance over standard G.652 single mode optical fiber (SMF) .
