1.6T OSFP-XD 2*FR4

RO-1T6-2DR4-2 is designed to transmit and receive serial optical data links up to 212.5 Gb/s data rate (per channel) by PAM4 modulation format over single-mode fiber. It is a small-form- factor hot pluggable transceiver module integrated with high performance EML laser. It is compliant with 1600G Ethernet specs and OSFP-XD MSA.

The 1600G OSFP1600 2xDR4 Transceiver is designed to transmit and receive serial optical data links up to 212.5 Gbps data rate (per channel) by PAM4 modulation format over single-mode fiber. The 8ch DWDM MUX/ DEMUX is designed by FIBERWDM, wavelength from C21 to C28(1560.61nm~1554.94nm),(By the way, we can support customize other waves); in accordance with the ITU-T G.694.1 100GHZ grid, it maximizes the capacity of the C-band range. The single fiber 8ch DWDM MUX is totally passive and LGX box module device, it can plug in the 2-slot 1 U rack; the product insertion loss is: wavelength ports＜2.4dB, line＜3.5dB .   

To meet domestic customers' demand for fully localized high-speed photodetector (PD) products, Fiberwdm has developed two high-speed PD products with bandwidths exceeding 18GHz and 40GHz after nearly 2 years of R&D and optimization. The 18GHz PD has a rise time of less than 20ps, and the 40GHz PD has a rise time of less than 8.5ps. Their responsivity is no lower than that of similar imported products from Finisar, Thorlabs, etc., and the tail oscillation is also well controlled. This series of high-speed detectors does not include a Transimpedance Amplifier (TIA) and features extremely low noise. It can be used for testing high-speed communication systems and femtosecond laser systems, and is a cost-effective fully localized product. The linear power supply independently developed by Fiberwdm can fully meet the requirements of high-speed detectors in scientific research applications.
