The 12PIN mini single-channel optical module is designed for optical backplane transmission, digital radar arrays, Ethernet/SONET/SDH/FC, and switches. It features a 12PIN pin header with an I2C management interface and optimized signal pin design. It operates at wavelengths of 850nm/1310nm/1550nm, with a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C, supporting rates from 1.25Gbps to 10.3125Gbps.
